Q: When does it start?

The challenge is set to start on Monday 20th January. This gives everyone enough time to get back into their normal working routine, empty their cupboards of Christmas left-overs and focus on their goals for 2025.

Q: Do I need any equipment for the workouts?

All of our workouts have been designed to be complete without the need for any fancy equipment. All you need is access to the app via either your phone, tablet or a device with the internet. Of course, you can always bring a towel and a water bottle for use in the rests and upon completion.

Q: What if I can't manage any of the exercises?

Although we've made the workouts accessible to everyone, from the comfort of your own home - there may be one or two movements you may struggle with.. (and that's fine) you can either rest them ones out, or you can use the Facebook support community to ask the personal trainer for any recommended swaps.

Q: How much weight can I expect to lose?

This isn't a simple answer as every single person responds differently. But it's absolutely normal to see between 6-15lbs, but not guaranteed. But, we can confidently say if you follow our advice and the programme then you will 100% feel happier in yourself with an improved overall fitness level.
